We are happy to defer individual bookings, for free, in the event of travel restrictions affecting anyone’s booking. If deferral is not possible, then we will refunds your deposit. Please also rest assured that we have designed new practices to allow our guests to remain in their personal “bubble” during their stay.

    • Check-in/check-out are remote, contact with reception will be by phone/text, meals may be taken in rooms.
    • Room-access routes are channelled into a one way system, to minimise counter-traffic.
    • We offer in-room dining or pre-bookable private dining (limited availbility)
    • In addition to our well-reviewed standards of spotless cleanliness, we are ULV-fog disinfecting hard surfaces, in all areas, regularly throughout the day, when open.
    • Additional attention is paid to door handles, stair rails, light switches, TV remotes, bathroom taps.
    • All public areas have been re-set in new layouts, with screening and +2 m distancing between tables and stand-points.
    • Counter areas are protected to comply with good social-distancing practices.
    • Rooms are sanitised, over a 2 hour process, with ultra low level fogging, to give total confidence of hard-surface disinfection.
    • Staff will not enter your room during your stay
    • Guests may bring their own pillows, but we have a pillow-fallow system to sanitise our entire stock.
    • We continue to work closely with Scottish Government agencies to ensure that our safety policies are amongst the best available
