Black Spout Wood Walk
First of all, you may wish to take a saunter through light woodland to a delightful waterfall. Additionally, for those who might appreciate a bigger stretch, the continuing trail to Edradour Distillery takes you further uphill. Well-trodden paths pass through more, pleasant, dappled forestry to the wee hamlet of Edradour. Additionally, the Distillery tour offers a fascinating insight into local whisky production and the downhill walk, enjoying stunning views, along the high road overlooking Pitlochry .

Newtonmore and Kingussie
It’s best to set aside a day for visiting Newtonmore and Kingussie in order to have enough time to experince their delights. Don’t miss the Highland Wildlife Park in Kingussie and Highland Folk Museum in Newtonmore. We recommend visitng these morning and afternoon to be free by 4pm for Working Sheepdogs at Kncraig, followed by tea at Loch Insch Watersports Centre, hopefully catching a spectacular sunset over the head of Loch Insch. Both Working Sheepdogs and Loch Insch Sports Centre are located in Kincraig.
