Coronavirus Issues | Free Deferrals for Bookings Affected By Travel Restrictions
We are happy to defer individual bookings for free, rather than have them cancelled in the event of travel restrictions affecting anyone’s booking. Please also rest assured that, in addition to our well-reviewed standards of spotless cleanliness, we are disinfecting hard surfaces, in all areas, regularly throughout the day, when open. This includes door handles, stair rails, light switches, the Reception desk and bell, TV remotes, bathroom taps. All public areas have been re-set in new layouts and counter areas are protected to comply with good social-distancing practices. Rooms are left vacant for 2 days after departure and sanitised to give confidence of hard-surface disinfection.
