Pets Welcome Scotland: Pet friendly accommodation in Pitlochry
A pets welcome scotland policy lies at the heart of Rosemount Hotel Pitlochry’s approach to accepting pets. We fully appreciate that our pets are part of the family and hold a very special place in their owners’ hearts. In fact, as a highly popular provider of pet friendly accommodation in Scotland, it comes perfectly naturally to us to treat our canine visitors as guests. This small, characterful hotel is ideally located for pet friendly holidays and staff take great pleasure in sharing the joy that these furry friends bring to our door.

As one of the more popular pet friendly hotels in Pitlochry, we have welcomed pets for many years, simply because we love dogs and see them as a totally positive inclusion amongst our customer base. Our canine visitors are treated as guests. After all, as dog owners, we know they are very much a part of the family. Their names, likes and dislikes are important to us. These are important bits of knowledge to have in order to look after our guests well.

Our pets welcome Scotland short breaks can be seen by entering dates into our review/availability checker in the column opposite. At the time of writing, generous discounts are available for most dates through 2016. There is a small charge for pets to cover the additional cleaning work we carry out after a pet has stayed in one of our pet friendly rooms, but we are sure this will be found to be acceptable.
We are blessed with beautiful areas for walking. The Black Spout Wood, a favourite amongst our guests, is illustrated below. It is right on our doorstep. Unfortunately, Edradour Distillery does not allow dogs on the premises, but the area around and about it is highly scenic, making the additional leg of the walk worthwhile

We have a selection of dog friendly rooms at Rosemount Hotel. Possibly, the contender for favourite is the Ground Floor Junior Suite: This spacious and comfortable room is ideal for pet families and sleeps families with up to 3 children with additional space for one or two dogs. Once you arrive at our door, there is a lovely park just two minutes across the road where you can take doggy for a quick run and to perform the necessaries – red bins standing by!
Let the holiday commence! We have mile upon mile of fabulous walks, parks and swimming areas for your wee darling/s to enjoy. At the end of the day, when they are tired and happy, you can have them sit at your feet whilst you dine and enjoy a companionable drink and social pleasantry in our lounges and bar. We have a policy that dogs are not left unattended whilst on the premises unless happily in their cage. If this is a problem, then Auntie Anne can often look after them at reception should you wish to visit the Theatre of an evening.
