Rosemount Hotel

This luxury modern villa offers the highest specification amenities for a family self catering holiday in the fabulous environment of Pitlochry. Mountain Views from the villa are delightful and it is located in the grounds of Rosemount Hotel which offers a quiet Lounge Bar and Breakfast/ Evening Meal facilities, if required.

Sleeping accommodation comprises 3 en suite bedrooms, 1 Double (ground floor), 1 King/Twin (first floor) and one King/Twin Bedded Master Suite with ample floor space for 2 additional foldaway beds. A family TV/Games  Room on the first floor can offer alternative sleeping accommodation in foldaway beds. All bedrooms have very comfortable beds, flat screen TV, and Hi Fi. Bed Linen is supplied as are Towels, but please bring own Towels for outside use.

The Games Room has a PC with wi-fi, TV, DVD Player, Wii Games Console and Conventional Games, Books and Magazines.

More than half of the Ground Floor comprises a beautiful Lounge and well equipped Kitchen/Diner with Fridge-Freezer, Gas Hob and Oven, Microwave, Coffee Machine and full range of Kitchenware. An adjacent Utility Room can be accessed via a hatch for the purposes quick removal of unsightly washing-up to the area above the dishwasher. Washing Machine, Tumble Drier, Iron and ironing board are also provided.

The grounds are nicely landscaped with parking for 2 cars. Alternative parking facilities are available just a few metres away in the Hotel grounds.

Gas and Electricity are supplied free up to £15 each per week or £7.50 per short stay. Opening and closing meter reads are taken upon arrival and departure.

Rosemount Lodge is a No Smoking establishment. Pets can be accommodated by prior arrangement.
